I'm mainly going to use this as an examination couch rather than a massage couch, but it works fine for that. The jugular venous pulsation can be observed because the head end can be lifted and the patient/client has a hole for their face in a prostrate position. The legs are telescopic. One tip: get some kind of stool to go with it for patients with mobility issues.

I'm thrilled with this portable couch! It is so easy to set up and fold away and is not very heavy at all. Its comfortable for my clients and has made home visits easier for me.

I absolutely love this stool! Its given me extra support for my lower back and makes it more comfortable for me when giving long massages. The wheels make it easy to move around my clients too.
